By accessing and using BaliBusinessBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
BaliBusinessBase is a curated business directory platform for entrepreneurs in Bali. We provide business listing services, a bulletin board, internship postings, community events, and newsletter communications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and business profile.
Paid memberships grant access to additional features as described on the membership page. Payments are processed through Stripe. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Internship posting fees are one-time charges per listing.
You must not post content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading. Business listings must accurately represent your business. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
BaliBusinessBase is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with businesses listed on it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
